Brussels, 19/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has asked Germany to recover DM 4.3 million (2.25 million euro) on a subsidy of DM 9 million (4.6 million euro) paid to Linde AG for the construction of a carbon monoxide (CO) factory. Germany disbursed this aid in the context of the privatisation of an eastern German company.
