ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computer technology

The software publisher and stocks investor over the Internet SOFTBANK and American VERTICALNET have announced their collaboration in electronic trade between professionals. A new company called VERTICALNET JAPAN KABUSHIKI KAISHA will emerge from this alliance. It will have an initial capital of 400 million yen and will be held to the tune of 60% by SOFTBANK COMMERCE and 40% by VERTICALNET.
