Finnish firms Ahlström and CapMan are authorised to acquire control of the French company Folding Carton Partners

Brussels, 19/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised Finland's Ahlström Corporation (packaging and paper) and CapMan Capital Management (investment in Scandinavia) to acquire joint control of the French group Folding Carton Partners. The French firm is specialised in the processing of cardboard for folding boxes used for agri-food, health, household and tobacco products.
