The American groups NABISCO and HICKS, MUSE, TATE AND FURST have announced that their investment company BURLINGTON held a 34.5% stake in UNITED BISCUITS, placing in doubt the possibility of any success for the rival friendly bid by FINALREALM, associated with France's DANON.
