ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) publishing

In Belgium, ROULARTA MEDIA GROUP, MERCATOR PRESS and CONCENTRA GRAFISCHE GROEP will be creating a new venture called MERCATOR PRINTING GROUP. The new undertaking will consolidate the three partners' printing activities and will be one of Belgium's biggest printing groups with consolidated annual turnover of around FEB 9 billion and a workforce of 968.
