European Commission orders France to authorise parallel imports of medicinal products without penalising procedures

Brussels, 11/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to send France a reasoned opinion (the second phase of infringement proceedings) because this country requires a complex procedure for parallel imports of medicinal products authorised in other Member States and identical to products also authorised in France.
