Strategies for jobs in the Information Society the subject of Commission communication to Lisbon Summit

Brussels, 11/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - In the next few days the European Commission is to approve a communication on "Strategies for jobs in the Information Society", prepared on the initiative of Anna Diamantopoulou, Commissioner for Social Affairs and Employment. Her main idea is to see how the Information Society may help to fight against social exclusion.
