The printing group QUEBECOR has taken a majority stake in CYTHERE, one of the largest independent French Internet counselling and development agencies with a turnover of FF 38 million in 1999 and a workforce of 99. The amount of the operation has not been disclosed but banks value the company at between FF 500 and 600 million.
