EU Council validates interinstitutional declaration on EU’s legislative priorities for 2026

17/12/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 17 December, the ‘General Affairs’ Council approved a joint declaration by the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission setting out the legislative priorities for 2026.
