MEPs approve agreements with EU Council on driving licence revisions and driving disqualifications

14/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 13 October, the European Parliament’s Committee on Transport and Tourism (TRAN) approved the agreement with the Council of the European Union on the revision of driving licences by 29 votes to 7. It also validated the agreement on the European provisions relating to driving disqualifications, by 31 votes to 5.
