Allied and EU defence ministers discuss strengthening defence of their countries

The defence ministers of the Allied countries are meeting in Brussels on Wednesday 15 October to discuss defence and deterrence measures as well as support for Ukraine.

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte told the 71st annual session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Ljubljana on Monday 13 October that ministers “will engage on how best to further strengthen our deterrence and defence posture, including in light of recent incidents”.
