Danish Presidency of EU Council does its utmost to sign EU-Mercosur agreement before end of year

The next trade agreement the EU concludes could be with Mercosur. In Horsens on Tuesday 14 October, EU trade ministers discussed the need to diversify trade relations. Some have stressed the importance of concluding the EU-Mercosur agreement quickly, including Danish Minister for Foreign Affairs Lars Løkke Rasmussen.
