EU Council presents outline of Intergovernmental Panel on Chemicals, Waste and Pollution to EU Member States

According to an EU Council document dated 10 October, the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Panel on Chemicals, Waste and Pollution (ISP-CWP)—created at the end of June during a special United Nations working group meeting in Punta del Este, Uruguay—will assemble for its first plenary session in Geneva from 2 to 6 February 2026.
