Court sets out criteria applicable to national administrative authorisations demanded of certain liberalised economic sectors (case of maritime cabotage)

Luxembourg, 22/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice has just answered questions posed by the Spanish Supreme Court which has to rule on the validity of Spanish legislation subjecting cabotage services between Spanish islands to prior administrative authorisation.
