The German group E.ON made an offer for the stakes it does not yet already hold in the Swedish SYDKRAFT AB. The German is proposing 240 Swedish Kroners per A series share and 200 Kroner per C share. E.ON presently holds 29.4% of the capital in SYDKRAFT.
