Brussels, 22/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs, chaired by German Social Democrat Christa Randzio-Plath, will receive during the afternoon of 27 February, Alexandre Lamfalussy. The meeting comes after the publication of the report by the Committee of Wise Men that Mr Lamfalussy had chaired on an integrated securities market (see EUROPE of 21 February, p.13, for questions put by Ms Randzio-Plath to the Council on this subject).
