ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) internet

KELYAN, Italian Internet services company from the FRANCO BERNABE group, acquired 60% of the Internet activities from its fellow national GROUPE SMC. The five companies from the latter will be integrated with KELYAN and TIDYSOFT, the software subsidiary of the FRANCO BERNABE group. Thanks to the synergies created by this operation, KELYAN will be able to strengthen its presence in Northern Italy.
