ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

DB INVEST, the real estate subsidiary of the Belgian group DE BEUKELAAR set up a joint venture with the ACCENTIS group, also Belgian, to develop a business park in Vilvoorde, in the outskirts of Brussels. The total value of the project is estimated at some EUR 15 million.
