ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computing

The French IT services company FOCAL concluded an agreement with the shareholders of the ANTALL group (turnover of more than FF 180 million in 2000 with more than 450 employees) under the terms of which it offers to acquire all of the capital in ANTALL and ANTALL DEVELOPPEMENT for around EUR 28 million.
