The French group L'OREAL accepted to sell the stakes it holds (49% of the capital) in the MARIE-CLAIRE group to the EVELYNE PROUVOST holding after it announced its intention to associate itself with HFM - HACHETTE FILIPACCHI MEDIA. According to the terms of the agreement, HFM will take a 42 % stake in all of the activities of the MARIE-CLAIRE group gathered into a single company. The remaining 58 % will be held by the Prouvost family in a holding formed to this effect.
