22/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The United States has signed an agreement with the Serb and Albanian officials over aid of $205,000 for the construction of schools and infrastructure in southern Serbia, in order to contribute to the effort to defuse the conflict between Serbs and Albanians, mainly in the Presevo Valley.
