ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) television

The French group PATHE is to take a 30% stake in the television station HISTOIRE, broadcast by cable and satellite. To that end, PATHE will buy a 20% stake in FINANCES ET COMMUNICATIONS to which will be added a 10% stake secured by a capital increase.
