In Australia, the largest wine producer, SOUTHCORP HOLDINGS (annual turnover of close to AUS 900 million), is negotiating to acquisition of the private producer ROSEMOUNT ESTATES (annual turnover of around AUS 390 million) for a total that may reach AUS 1.5 billion.
