ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computer equipment

France's HUMANEO, specialised in the manufacture and distribution of mass market computers, has announced that it is to merge with the Italian group ICS, which makes computers under the OLIVETTI make. The merger of the two companies, scheduled for the second half of the year, will be preceded by a technical and commercial alliance.
