The American groups COCA-COLA and P&G - PROCTER & GAMBLE are to pool their "snacks", fruit juice and fruit juice-based activities in a 50/50 joint-venture. This new company, the name of which is yet to be determined, should have a turnover of over $4 bn in its first year and 5 bn from 2003.
