The Italian group ENEL has announced the creation of a joint venture in the field of real estate in Italy with the Japanese company MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC. Named CTS - CONPHOEBUS TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, the new company will be equally held by the two partners and should have a turnover of ITL 75 billion.
