ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) packaging

NORD EST (Swiss group HARWANNE) finalised the acquisition of all the capital in the company NIOB PLASTIQUE (consolidated turnover of FF 130 million) and of its American subsidiary. The transaction was carried out by ILEOS, packaging subsidiary of NORD EST.
