EYLO ITALIA (turnover of ITL 300 billion forecasted for 2000), 75% subsidiary of the ELYO group (Belgian group TRACTABEL; turnover of EUR 2.1 billion 1999), acquired 80% of the company SIRCAS specialised in energy services (turnover of ITL 55 billion in 1999 with 220 employees) for an undisclosed amount.
