The Dutch temping company VEDIOR acquired the New Zealand group CLAYTON FORD (turnover of EUR 5.5 million in 1999), active in the placing of personnel specialised in finance. VEDIOR regroups CLAYTON FORD and LEGAL EAGLES RECRUITMENT, its office in New Zealand, within its subsidiary SELECT.
