BSCH - BANCO SANTANDER CENTRAL HISPANO has accepted an offer from VODAFONE AIRTOUCH to sell its 30.46% held in the Spanish mobile phone operator AIRTEL MOVIL in exchange for a stake in the British company. VODAFONE already holds 21.7% of AIRTEL.
