The British C&W - CABLE AND WIRELESS has announced the acquisition of five companies active in the Internet sector in Europe, for USD 100 million. It concerns the French PICTIME, the German POINT OF PRESENCE, the Dutch WIDEXS and IMPACT GROUP and the Spanish EAISA companies. Together these companies increase C&W European turnover to around USD 40 million and bring strongly qualified teams of 250 people and 30,000 additional clients.
