Brussels, 05/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission and Member States should be announcing under what conditions they will participate in the funding of Plan Colombia at the meeting of the "Support Group for the Peace Process in Colombia", to be held in Madrid on Friday 7 July, under the auspices of Spain and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
