The Swiss-Swedish group ABB and Italian RENO DE MEDICI have created a joint-venture called ABB RDM SERVICES SRL responsible for the maintenance of the six plants of the RENO DE MEDICI group. This company should see a turnover of close to 35 bn lira with a workforce of 180. The operations comes in the framework of ABB's diversification into the services sector.
