ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electricity

The Spanish banks LA CAIXA and BANCO SABADELL have sold the 15.2% stake they jointly held in HIDROCANTABRICO for 22.75 euro a share. The Belgian group ELECTRABEL (French group SUEZ LYONNAISE DES EAUX) has acquired 10% of this stake, and the American TXU - TEXAS UTILITIES the remaining 5.2%. The latter thus increases its share to 19.2%.
