ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) perfumes

The French group MARIONNAUD PARFUMERIES has taken over the Swiss chain of perfume stores ALRODO PARFUMERIES (turnover of CHF 147 million for the year up to end-January 2000) and PARFUMERIE PRINCIPALE (annual turnover of CHF 13 million) which together have 108 sales outlets in Switzerland representing an overall annual turnover of FF 675 million.
