The French firm ICBT (textile machines) is to sell its engineering branch to the Swiss-Swedish group ABB. This sector is made up of the group CELLIER (FF 200 million turnover expected for 2000 with a workforce of 150) and its subsidiary INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT. The cost of the operation has not been disclosed.
