05/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Presidency of the Budgetary Control Committee, Mrs. Theato (EPP. Germany) decided to reiterate the outline of Mrs. Stauner's motives that accompany the resolution that will be voted, this Thursday in plenary, over the European Commission discharge for the 1998 budget. This measure was taken, as the explanatory memorandum is no longer in harmony with the draft resolution, which is favourable to the discharge after the decision taken in majority by the COCOBU....
