PNY EUROPE (American group PNY: turnover approaching FF 300 million in 1999 with a workforce of 150), specialised in the manufacture of memory modules for computers, has taken over the "memory" branch of the Irish plant in Ballivor of the Japanese computer manufacturer NEC.
