ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electricity

The regional electricity distribution companies AEM of Milan, AEM of Turin and ACEA of Rome, and the Swiss ATEL are to set up a joint-venture. Called ELECTRONE, and with each partner having a 25% stake, it will be specialised in selling electricity wholesale.
