Loans of EUR 150 million to Aquafin for water treatment in Flanders

Brussels, 09/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank is lending EUR 150 million to Aquafin, the company responsible for the management of water facilities and water treatment in Flanders. This credit brings to EUR 470 million total lending by the EIB to Aquafin since 1994. The new investment covers new equipment for the treatment of waste water throughout the Flemish region.
