Brussels, 09/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - In next Thursday's Plenary Session, the European Parliament will be giving its opinion on Luxembourg Socialist Robbert Goebbels' Report on the recommendation made by the European Central Bank in September 1999 that the ceiling of the Bank's calls for foreign exchange reserve funds be raised from Euro 50 million to Euro 100 billion, as outlined in its Explanatory Memorandum on this subject.
