Brussels, 09/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - In the shadow of the special Lisbon Summit one of the central aspects will be the communication on "e-Europe": an information society for all" (see previous page). European Commissioner for Education and Culture Viviane Reding launched an appeal this Thursday the e-learning initiative that emphasises the educational aspect of this new Internet society.
