ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banks

The new group born from the merger between DEUTSCHE BANK and the DRESDNER BANK will be called DEUTSCHE BANK AG and will lead to the loss of 14,000 jobs. The terms of the exchange will be in the region of 60 and 64% for DEUTSCHE BANK and between 36 and 40% for DRESDNER BANK, the two groups have specified. See yesterday's EP.
