09/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Commission authorised the venture capital company Schroders to acquire the German textile retailing chain Takko Modemarkt (Tangelmann group). The European competition services felt that the activities of the two companies did not overlap and that there are no dangers with regard to European competition law.
