SEI (real estate portfolio of ITL 5,800 billion), owned by the Italian group ENEL, will be setting up a new undertaking for the management of a portfolio of 42 buildings worth around ITL 1,000 billion. ACPII -AMERICAN CONTINENTAL PROPERTIES INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS- (American group ACP), GE PENSION FOUND (GE -GENERAL ELECTRIC-), the Government Investment Corporation of Singapore and Belgium's KBC will together own 51% of the new venture, with SEI owning the remaining 49%.
