Brussels, 09/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - At the dawn of the enlargement of the EU and of institutional reform that must precede it the Economic and Social Committee (ESC) presented its thoughts on the Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) by adopting, in plenary, with a very large majority (137 for, 10 against and 25 abstentions) its opinion on the subject (co-rapporteurs: Anne-Marie Sigmund, Austria, various activity groups; John Little, RU, employers group; Josly Piette, Belgium, workers...
