The Belgian bank KBC, who presently hold 32% of the capital in the Hungarian bank KH - KERESKEDELMIES HITELBANK (130 branches and a staff of 2,900), concluded an agreement with the Hunagarian privatisation commission APV aiming for the acquisition of an additional 30.6% for EUR 38 million. In the rush, KBC will then launch a public tender on all the remaining KH shares in circulation.
