Brussels, 09/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The meeting between the African and EU "Troikas" which took place last week in Cairo, following the meeting in Pretoria at the end of February, allowed significant progress to be made in the preparations for the first European-African Summit, which is to be held on April 3-4 in Cairo.
