ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) oil services

The French oil services equipment group GENOYER has concluded an agreement with the American conglomerate TYCO for the sale of its valve division, which in 1999 had turnover of around FRF 525 million. The agreement concerns three production sites and around 300 people.
