Brussels, 17/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - Poul Nielson, European Development and Humanitarian Aid Commissioner, is to take part in the plenary session of the tenth United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD X) to be held on Friday 18 February, in Bangkok (Thailand).
